Have you been told that your problem is so severe you'll have to wipe the hard drive and lose all of your data? Or that you "only" have to reinstall Windows? I've been building computers for 10 years and programming them for 20 and, unless the motherboard or hard drive died, I've run into few situations that were that severe. In cases where the hard drive hadn't failed completely, I've usually been able to recover the data.

I can do it for half that amount. I support Windows 95/98, 2000, XP, Vista, and 7 and offer limited support for Linux.
